CAR WARRANTY

New Car Warranty

If a problem occurs with your car, you must contact an authorized dealer to diagnose the fault and repair the car. The authorized dealer from whom you purchased the car has sufficient information about your car and is interested in satisfying your interests.

To maintain the car in good technical condition and maintain the warranty, you must follow all the rules for normal operation of the car and the manufacturer's recommendations, as well as the established maintenance regulations.

Warranty period

The warranty applies to cars sold through authorized dealers and is 36 months or 100,000 km of mileage for cars operated under normal conditions from the date of acceptance of the car by the Owner, whichever comes first.

The warranty applies to a specific car and is not related to the Owner personally. When selling a vehicle, the Seller must transfer the Service Book to the new Owner and affix the stamp of an authorized dealer with the new Owner's data entered in the Service Book. During the warranty period, the new owner of the vehicle has the same rights to the warranty, provided that all the manufacturer's requirements specified in the service book are met.

Warranty Terms

This warranty is valid for 36 months from the date of acceptance of the vehicle by the Owner, provided that the mileage during this period does not exceed 100,000 km, and the operating and maintenance rules set out in the Owner's Manual attached to the vehicle are strictly observed.

A warranty claim must be immediately submitted to any authorized dealer. The Service Book (completed, signed and stamped by the authorized dealer who sold the vehicle upon initial registration) must be presented to the dealer with the vehicle. The Vehicle Owner may contact any authorized dealer in their country to eliminate faults, perform repairs and perform periodic maintenance.

The warranty conditions shall be applied in accordance with the current and future legislation. The condition for accepting a warranty claim is the provision of a correctly completed Service Book. In the process of eliminating the malfunction during the warranty period, the authorized dealer restores the vehicle to working order. The main warranty repair is limited to repairing or replacing the part that turned out to be faulty. If signs of a malfunction are detected, the Vehicle Owner must immediately contact the authorized dealer with a warranty claim.

All risks associated with malfunctions or breakdowns of the vehicle as a result of using a technically faulty vehicle are borne by the Vehicle Owner.

The parts installed during warranty repairs are covered by the same warranty as the new vehicle as a whole (i.e. the warranty period for parts replaced under warranty expires upon expiration of the warranty on the vehicle), excluding the components listed in paragraph 11 (main units). Parts replaced free of charge remain with the authorized dealer.

Only original spare parts purchased from authorised dealers must be used for maintenance and repairs during the warranty period.

The right to a warranty claim expires after the end of the warranty period specified in paragraph 1.

If the Owner reports a defect during the warranty period, but such defects have not been corrected before the expiry of the warranty period, the warranty obligations for the reported defects are extended until such defects are corrected for a period of no more than 6 months from the expiry date of the basic vehicle warranty. To retain the right to submit a warranty claim within the specified period, the dealer must work out all possible options for resolving the problem with UZAUTO MOTORS JSC. After the expiry of the period, responsibility for this claim passes to the dealer.

Warranty claims (claims) will be valid if:

- The car owner complies with the requirements for the correct operation of the car in accordance with the Operation Manual;

- All periodic maintenance operations are performed in accordance with the Service Book by an authorized dealer;

- Repair and maintenance operations are registered in the Service Book and confirmed by the corresponding work orders;

- The car is provided for repair to an authorized dealer.

Warranty repairs are performed as soon as possible.

When replacing, within the framework of warranty obligations, such main units of the car as:

- Engine;

- Gearbox.

The warranty period for replaced main units extends until the end of the warranty period for the new vehicle as a whole.

The work orders of the authorized dealer serve as confirmation of repairs performed during the warranty period. These documents are an appendix to the Service Book. Warranty and regular repairs must be clearly and distinctly registered in the Service Book.

This warranty does not cover compensation for economic losses and additional expenses of the Owner. Such expenses include, but are not limited to, the following items:

- Temporary inability to operate (including car rental costs);

- Compensation for inconvenience of using the car;

- Car storage costs;

- The malfunction is caused by improper use of the vehicle, an accident, modifications to the vehicle design or installation of additional equipment, modifications or retrofitting of the vehicle not approved by the Manufacturer. Replacement or modification of the software of the vehicle's electronic devices not recommended by the Manufacturer also leads to a limitation of the warranty.
